$1500
Purse & Six Drivers Win $50.00:
July 27, 2002 - Brad Bomersbach
Turn or Burn Motorsports donated an extra
large purse for us this weekend in the name of Hillview Heights
Church. I think that we should all tell Dillon, Ralph, and
the whole 90.7 team how thankful we are for their gift.
This shows how much of a family oriented sport this can be and
how much we can support this series. Again, please give
your thanks to these individuals. www.turnorburn.com
Also, through a gracious, yet unclaimed
donation, six lucky drivers finishing from sixth to the tail
Saturday July 27 got to go home fifty dollars richer. The
lucky finish positions were pulled at the end of the race.
Congratulations to Tommy Barkham, Bob Peters, Clifton Vaught,
Dennis Barton, John Barkham, and Jeremy Lairson. Again,
thanks for everyone's support and we hope to see you at the rest
of the races. |

Thank you to everyone that came to the meeting to show support for this growing
region. Also, Thank You to Bob Peters for letting us use his shop, Frank
and Bill Kimmel for giving a short tutorial on car squaring, and to Danny Frank
for showing everyone how to work those complicated carburetors. Sorry it
took so long to get this up but I didn't have internet access this past
week. Again, thank you to everyone. |
